Record, Part 2

Here are a couple of other comments I have on the Record Gruppo.

Problems:

#1) The little rubber ring around the headset lower cup just broke off (it failed at its weakest/thinnest  point). This is annoying because the only way to put a  new one on is to pull out the stem and disassemble the  fork (and I can just imagine the problems I'll have  trying to order that part).

#2) I have been riding a fairly new 12-25 all Ti cogset  with out any problems since replacing my chain after  5000+ miles, but the older 11-23 Ti-Cr cogset is  skipping now and I'm not sure how to go about ordering  individual cogs to fix the problem (and I have no  intention of replacing the complete cogsets, which are a  bit too pricy).
