Any new projects for this winter

I just picked up the old Falcon from the powdercoaters this morning.

Took it back to the original anthracite color and period correct Falcon down tube, seat tube, and a head badge decals are on their way from Greg Softly (i.e., Cyclomundo) in Australia. I previously ordered the Reynolds 531P tubing decals from him - they are beautiful.

I am now kicking myself for letting go of the original fork as I never thought I'd ever get replacement graphics for a "restoration." So it's going back together with a threadless carbon fork. I'm going to keep my eyes open for a correct steel fork if that's in the cards.

But I have put together a complete 8 speed Record group. So it's into the shop for a "face and chase" and a serious "spit shine" of the components.

I'll try to post some pictures of the build.

Campyfan pretty much has it right on. I resized it using Picasa and then uploaded the image to photobucket,
then I embedded the image URL from photobucket in the text.

If you right click on the image and see properties you can see the URL.
