Victory-era bottle cage?

A few months ago I bought a beautiful 53cm mid-80s Somec road bike with a complete Victory gruppo. I need to add a bottle cage, but I have no idea what would have been used around 1986... which is why I am posting the query here. What do you think? Chromed Nitto? personally, I find the Campagnolo aero line a bit too impractical etc. Any/all suggestions welcome. TIA, Kevin

I seem to remember that the Nitto cages were a huge favourite in the mid eighties,and also quite a few riders used the painted alloy cages by Minoura,(is that the correct spelling)??With either of these its purely a matter of choice for that 80s period look
