Brake levers: CDA vs. C-record?

Ok, so I'm restoring an old ALAN Record Cabonio(c.1987) and am doing my best to keep the grouppo(C-Record)as close to that year as possible.

I have 2nd gen. Deltas and now need to find the appropriate levers. In looking at '87 c-record/cobalto and '88 cda levers, I can't really see a difference. Both appear to be missing the "cutout" for adjustment that appears to show up around '88 in the record lever or maybe that's the difference.

Can anyone help a noobie and shed some light on this for me?

OK, the first link shows an early c-record lever while the 2nd link is for the cda's. Tough to tell since the Cda's are packaged but I'm hard pressed to see any real difference. I checked the campybike catalog images but didn't see any Cda levers.

Thanks robsallnow. I didn't think to look for the qr button. I think I know just what to look for now.

I'm sure I'll have many more questions moving forward and thank you all for your feedback. In the future I'll be sure to add pictures.

Maybe I should have said I assume them to be 2nd gen. I can't post an image right now but will tell you that they have knurled adjustments and look just like those posted by robsallnow on the Delta board...see "dating deltas?" where he refers to his as the 1987 version.

By the way VXPro do you have the Alan decals for the tubes on your restoration frameset. I have a few OEM decals from that period that were used on the Alan all aluminum frame model, but ill have to check the quantities on hand, thats of course if you're interested.

Hey Campyfan, I do actually need frame decals. I think I'll be hard pressed to find the top tube sticker but I might as well start somewhere. Let me know what you have....BTW, I need white on clear.
