The so-called "Cobalto" brake calipers are simply Record sidepulls equipped with a special, flat center nut with a lip around the edge, into which the "Cobalto" blue plastic "gem" is glued. When the gem comes un-glued and falls off while you are riding (as happened to my brakes and those of many other riders), you then have just a "plain Record" caliper from the Classic era...I still have these brakes on a bike, minus the "cobalto" blue piece, which is probably still in some roadside gravel somewhere, if it hasn't already been washed down to the sea...If you intend to keep your Pinarello, I would simply look for a set of original, plain Record calipers, since they work well, and there are still lots of these things around...
