Gran Sport vs Nuovo record

Could someone explain the benifits of Nuovo record cranks and brakes over Gran sport (1982 - 5 arm) cranks and brakes?

Thanks,

John

Nuovo Gran Sport was a cheapened version of Nuovo Record. There are a few clunky mechanical differences along with less finish. Saying that almost all the parts are interchangeable and I consider the GS crank to be one of the nicest cranks ever made.

Mondiarider,

The campagnolo shop catalog no. 17 shows the difference. This is the thick spiral bound with the silver cover.

Possibly eBay if and when they do come up for auction. You will not find it new from any publishing company.
