Great Vintage Falcon on eBay

Campagnolo in the pre-index days, from Gran Sport to C-Record

I thought you were the same guy I saw on that "other bicycle forum."

I've got a late '80's Falcon frame built with Reynolds 531P (NOT C) tubing. It's somewhat of a neo-retro ride now, as I had to have it repainted in the '90's with no replacement decals and I replaced the DuraAce 7 with a mix of Campy 8 (Mirage Ergo's, Athena rear, Centaur brakes and compact front with a Bontrager Carbon compact crank. I also put on a carbon threadless fork.

It's my commuter/trainer/whathaveyou bike but I swear I will never let it go. The ride and handling, as well as a fit that for me would be as good as a custom, are just superb.

Down the road, I'd like to get some Falcon decals and, most important, that Reynolds 531P tubing decal - the RED ONE not the green!!

Be careful with 531 Pro. It's a bit light for a non-heat treated tubeset and does snap. Better than its predecessor 531 SL though.
