I just acquired a pair of Record Pro Fit's for free. They were on a crashed Klein that one of our customers got from a friend who owed him money. I was helping him build up an aluminum Vitus with Centaur and he offered me parts (it's where I got the Record Ti 8 speed Ergo's previously) and absolutely refused payment.

The pedals are in good shape if a bit down cosmetically (but what used pedals aren't?). I had been thinking about Keo's for the Masi but I'm going to try these. But here's the rub (and why Pro Fit's haven't been a market success.) I need the cleats and the mounting hardware (sold separately) and my WHOLESALE cost is $40. The pedals themselves wholesale in the $225 range.

Are they worth about four pairs of equivalent weight Keo Sprint's?
