I am trying to assemble Campa components for the rebuild of my Grand Record. Of course, it was not built with very much Campa, Record or otherwise, but no matter. Richard Sachs is doing the frame work and Joe Bell will paint. It will be a reverse color job and have much braze-ons, so that won't be authentic either. I would have LIKED to put Delta brakes on it but Richard says that is a no-go (requiring long-reach). I really need to know what front derailleur, brakes, BB, and triple crankset to get staying reasonably close to early 70s. I missed an auction the other day for a C-Record triple crankset because of not being sure.

OK, download for two hours and dig it out - maybe. Does it have particular front derailleurs for triples in Record _____ ? Brakes for long reach?

A triple on a 70's bike and you want Campy??? Seems odd. Nouvo record would be your best pick for components. Maybe mix and match Super and Nouvo if you have to. I thought Battaglin was the first to use a triple Campy on a road bike and that was '79?
