Service of 2002 Record/Chorus Rear Brake

Hi, has anyone serviced these brakes ? It appears you need a 12mm cone spanner (which I have) but also a pin spanner to remove the bolt from the caliper arm. Has anyone removed this bolt ? If so did you use a standard pin spanner or is their a special tool. Also in re-assembly should it be re-greased or are the bushes self lubricating ? If they should be greased can you use Campo white grease or should you use a high melting point grease. Regards
