HELP determine bb axle length

Greetings, new to the forum. I can't figure this one out: I've got a mirage triple crankset. I'm building a bike and need to determine the proper bottom bracket axle length. It seems that I have 2 choices: 111mm or 115.5mm. How do determine which is correct? The tech document (see below) is quite confusing. It states that both sizes may be used for the triple depending on your seat tube size? Is this correct? My seat tube is 28mm if it makes a difference. I need some campy experts here. Thanks in advance.

As per the instructions above if your seat tube is 28.6mm then you want a 111mm BB for a triple crank.

So, what if my seat tube is 28mm, not 28.6?
