Needed - Delta C-record brake pad holder

I own a beautiful 89 era Eddy Merckx with full Campy components. Last year I was on a ride and had to remove one of the brake pad holders in order to finish a ride after I Knock the rear wheel out of alignment. Now i can not locate the pad holder.

Does anyone:

Have a pad holder for a Campagnolo C Record Delta Brakes they would be willing to sell
Know where I could find a replacement holder
Have any suggestions as to what I could replace the holder with that would not make the brakes look like a hack job.

Do you have a picture of the exact holder you want. I think there were 2 versions 1 with toe adjusting screws. I have a couple with some attached parts
