Been there and done that. It works so well that when I switch wheels between an Exa Drive Athena 8 speed hub and a "converted" Ultra Drive 9/10 speed hub, I don't have to fiddle with rear derailleur adjustment at all. Spacing and alignment are "spot on.!"
